Everything is perfect, I loved warm room and good location. The employees are affable and amicable. The breakfast is satisfactory and the views of sea are pleasant. The hotel is definitely recommended to all.

We had a fine stay in a long time. Enjoyed Batumi, the hotel was quiet close to the sea. There were quiet and cheap rooms with a balcony view, TV plus quite good breakfast.

the service wasn't up to par, with significant delays in room readiness and a lack of attention to fixing issues, such as broken air conditioning. The lack of room service and trash collection was also inconvenient.

I had a very good stay at this hotel in Batumi. the location is excellent, situated in the historical part of the city. It was great to explore the surrounding area and experience the local culture. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was top-notch. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests. Additionally, the rooms where our kids stayed were spacious and comfortable, with a nice view from the little balcony. Lastly, we enjoyed the breakfast provided. It had a good variety of options to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

One area for improvement was the sound insulation in the rooms.

Complementary hot tea and biscuits at check-in was a nice touch. The hotel was conveniently located close to all the main attractions and very near to the beach. The room was spacious and had a great view of the city from the window.

The air conditioner in our room was broken and despite repeated complaints, they didn't fix it or even offer us a new room. I would not recommend staying at this hotel for a city trip.
